Ricardo Antonio Baca is the Managing Partner and Founder of RAB Law Firm where his practice focuses on corporate and construction law issues. Prior to the founding of the firm, Mr. Baca worked with the litigation and construction/surety sections of the law firm of Coats Rose Yale Ryman & Lee, P.C. Before joining such firm, Mr. Baca worked with several architectural firms around Texas, where he focused on commercial, industrial, and higher education projects and successfully completed the Internship Development Program as monitored by the National Council of Architecture Registration Boards. Mr. Baca’s legal practice focuses on all aspects of commercial and residential construction litigation as well as international corporate law issues for clients throughout Central and South America.

Aside from his practice, Mr. Baca is a frequent speaker on legal topics to various associations and organizations including the American Institute of Architects and the Texas Society of Architects, among others.  Mr. Baca was recently asked to serve as a television legal analyst on Univision where he was interviewed on the pro’s and con’s of homeowner’s associations.  Mr. Baca is a registered lobbyist with the State of Texas and avid supporter and volunteer of numerous charitable organizations all over the State of Texas.
