Alberto Lopez has legal experience of more than twenty years, having performed in diverse governmental institutions as in the Federal Fiscal Court of Mexico, in the National Commission of Human Rights of Mexico and in the Federal Attorney's office of the Consumer of Mexico. Mr. Lopez has extensive experience in federal law, contests and public tenders, as well as lawsuit against Insurance and Bail Institutions. Besides his passion for legal practices Mr. Lopez possesses a passion for teaching, having been a professor in the fiscal matter in the Universidad Autonoma of Mexico and in the Universidad Pontifica of Mexico.
Graduate
of the School of Right of the Metropolitan University of the City
of Mexico (1986) and with studies of fiscal Specialization in the
Academy of tax Law AC and in the Center of Actualizacion Fiscal
of Secretaries and Judges of the Federal Fiscal Court and a Specialty
in Protection by the Institute of Judicial Specialization of the
Federal Judicial Power. Husband and Father of two children with
whom he shares the love for the sport of tennis.
