Profile:
Brian is a Partner of RAB Law Firm where
he brings 17 years public and private litigation experience to
the firm. He is also a Captain in the Houston Fire Department.
Brian graduated with a Bachelors degree in Psychology from West
Virginia Wesleyan College in 1989. He earned his Juris Doctorate,
Cum Laude, in 1992 from Thurgood Marshall School of Law. In law
school, Brian was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award for
Civil Procedure and served as Vice President of the Student Bar
Association. Brian was admitted to practice in Texas in 1992 and
is also admitted to practice in the Southern District of Texas.
Brian worked as the Chief municipal Prosecutor and Police Legal
Advisor for the City of Baytown until 1997. At which time he entered
the Houston Fire Department and continued with his own private
practice. During this time, Brian has both promoted and maintained
a strong general practice focused on litigation.
