Profile:
Mr. Uribe is a lawyer associate of our firm with Masters and Doctorate in Corporate Right. With 18 years of professional experience, 16 of them in Financial Institutions having performed as much in Legal Areas as in Business with natural abilities of leadership, negotiating and Public Relations. Before joining our firm Mr. Uribe excelled as Legal Director of the Area of Trusts of the National Bank of Mexico, participating actively in the acquiring of Banamex by Citigroup and in the process of administrative fusion of CitiBank N.TO with Banamex. Mr. Uribe is presently in charge of Corporate Consulting in hereditary matter and of trusts of our firm, conducting hereditary studies, creation, and fiduciary reconstruction, negotiating in the process of acquisitions and partnerships. Mr. Uribe is a graduated of the Escuela de Derecho of the University Anahuac (1993) with a Masters in Corporate Right by the same institution and a Doctorate by the Universidad Complutense of Madrid (1998). Mr. Uribe is bilingual having a control of the English language in form spoken and written.
